A 4-room apartment with two bedrooms, located at Turu St. 14 in Tapa, is waiting for new tenants. The apartment windows face both sides of the building. The building has been renovated and has an energy efficiency rating of class E.

The electricity meter is remotely readable. Monthly utility costs range from 200€ to 400€. The sauna heater operates on electricity. Parking around the building is free of charge. The apartment includes two parking spaces, and their fee is covered within the utility costs (approx. 2€ per space per month).
Nearby are grocery stores Maxima, Rimi, and Grossi, as well as several dining options. Tapa railway station is 550 meters away on foot.
To rent the apartment, the tenant must pay the first month’s rent (495€), a security deposit equal to one month’s rent (495€), and a brokerage/contract fee of 495€ + VAT. Utilities are paid separately by the tenant in addition to the rent. Maintenance cleaning service can be arranged upon request. A long-term tenant is preferred. Pets are not allowed.
