Maja ees on tõkkepuuga eraldatud parkimisala maja elanikele (kohtade arv ei ole piiratud ja ruumi jagub) ning mõnus puhkeala pinkide ja lasteväljakuga.
Kommunaalarved on orienteeruvalt talvel 180 eur, suvel 80 eur (+ elekter). KÜ laenukohustust ei ole.
