Creativestate is starting the construction of a new apartment building in cozy Pelgulinn area, a short way from Telliskivi Creative City.

Pebre 6 has in total seven different lifestyle or family apartments. Four of the seven apartments are 4 room apartments.

Apartment no. 3 has a two-story layout, located on the 0th and 1st floors on the courtyard side of the building.
The bedrooms are located on the basement floor, and the living spaces and kitchen are pleasantly spacious with a living room-kitchen plan and a balcony.

A sauna, a greenhouse and a playground are located in a closed courtyard to make everyday life more pleasant.

The completion of the house is planned for autumn 2024!

LOCATION

Pebre 6 is located in the artistic and cozy Pelgulinn subdistrict of North-Tallinn. Its a small and cozy street, which is a part of a collection of streets which names are inspired by meadows, grasses and birds. Also "peber" in Estonian means something that can be translated as "hay crumble".

Pebre street is quieter and calmer than crossing Heina street and at the same time still five minutes away from Telliskivi Creative City.

The neighbouring house is the unique Flo Kasearu House Museum, and the well-known smell of Kaja Pizza comes from the end of Õle Street. A few hundred meters away, in a few years you will find the beginning of the Pollinator Highway of Tallinn, which will turn old railway tracks into a city park and trail from Telliskivi to Stroomi beach.
The area is ideal for the creative souls looking for privacy without giving up the convenience of city living. In addition, you can easily get to the city center from Pelgulinn.

ARCHITECTURE
The architect of Pebre 6 is Peeter Liivandi from RAF Architecture.
The load-bearing structure of the building is solved with suspended ceilings made of reinforced concrete panels and stone block walls. The non-bearing interior walls of the apartments are also made of stone. The windows are triple, high-quality wooden windows and it will have a vertical wooden facade.

The building will have B energy class. The heating source is an air-water heat pump. Each apartment has a separate heat recovery ventilation device and room-specific adjustable floor heating. There are seven parking spaces in the yard, and the readiness of an electric car charging point has been created.

INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
The interior architecture was created by Triin Villemsaar, under whose supervision Heina NO. 6A and Bekker villa development were also created.

The price of the parking space and storage space are added to the price of the apartment.
Parking space: €15,000
Electric car charging point: €3,500 Storage space: €5,000
