HOUSE
The house has a large and spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining room. In the middle of the house there is a courtyard with an illuminated Japanese garden. The garden is surrounded by 3.75 meter high glass walls from floor to ceiling, which allow you to enjoy the beauty of the garden throughout the house, and thus the garden and the forest are part of the space.
The layout of the house separates the living and sleeping areas, which creates isolation and ensures better sound insulation. The house has four bedrooms, three of which are located in a separate wing. The door opens directly onto the large and spacious terrace from the two bedrooms. The terrace (made of thermal wood and with hidden screws) is located on two sides of the house and offers both sunshine and shaded places during the day. One bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom/toilet.
There are two separate toilets in the house. In addition to the shower, the sauna complex also has a jacuzzi, and the sauna has direct access to the outdoors.
The building also has a utility room and utility room/storage.
Cross-laminated timber is used for the construction of the house, thanks to which the house is much more environmentally friendly, stronger, more durable and more airtight than, for example, a house built from fibo blocks. PIR insulation has been used, which is about 50% more energy efficient than mineral wool or polystyrene foam insulation materials. Forced ventilation with heat recovery is used to ventilate the house with near-zero energy certification. A separate plastic pipe goes to each room, which ensures an even amount of fresh air throughout the house. The house has underfloor heating and it is possible to regulate the temperature separately in all rooms. A domestic water circulation pump has been installed in the house, which significantly saves water consumption.
The economy of the house is ensured by ground heating and solar panels. In addition, the living room has a heat-storing fireplace and an air source heat pump, which allows the rooms to be cooled in hot weather.
Telia's optical cable comes to the house, which ensures a very fast internet connection.
INTERIOR
In addition to the large glass surfaces, the interior of the house is decorated with dark brown walls made of wooden panels in the corridor. In the hall there is a spacious wardrobe with large drawers.
Living room curtains move on electric rails. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and the large kitchen island provides comfortable working and storage space.
The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe.
The sauna is decorated with large glass surfaces and thermal wood. The sauna has mood lighting and a salt stone wall. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also has a hydromassage tub.
