Bailiff Anne Böckler publishes an announcement based on § 153 (2) of the Enforcement Procedure Code (TMS).
The bailiff sells property at a public electronic auction in the auction environment of the Chamber of Bailiffs and Bankruptcy Administrators https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee:
Dwelling no. 12 located in Viljandi county, Mulgi parish, Kamara village, Kamara road 18-12. The total area of the dwelling is 74.9 m2.
Data of the real estate register: the real estate is registered in the register section of the real estate department of Tartu County Court No. 21466650.
Under entry No. 1, cadastral identification number 48001:001:0728, residential land 100%, Viljandi county, Mulgi municipality, Kamara village, Kamara tee 18, area 3076.0 m2 is entered in the first section. 749/12391, notional part of the immovable property and separate property, dwelling no. 12. Other apartment properties of the same immovable property no 6350, 21466450, 21466550, 21466750, 21466850, 21466950, 21467050, 21467150, 21467250. The object and content of the special property according to the special property agreement of 16.03.2022 and the building distribution plan that is part of it.
In the second section, Villu Hiienõmm (identity code 39004240331) is entered as the owner under entry no. 3.
In the third section, under entry No. 1, a prohibition notice has been entered to prohibit the disposal of the immovable property in favor of Ruth Rist (identity code 49611156028), bailiff Anne Böckler (identity code 46711062724).
In the fourth section, under entry no. 1, a mortgage in the amount of 3,500.00 euros has been entered in favor of Ruth Rist (identity code 49611156028). Each owner of the property is obliged to submit to immediate enforcement in order to satisfy the claim secured by the mortgage.
After the apartment property is sold at an electronic auction, the prohibition notice and the mortgage are deleted.

To participate in the auction, you must register in the auction environment on the page of the property mentioned in this notice, the permanent link of which is: https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee/oksjon/view/?okid=82465 and pay a deposit of 400 euros to Anne Böckler's account number EE051010010124431014 (SEB). Explanation of payment: "Deposit for participation in auction ID82465 on 5/06/2024 11:00 AM. Property: Kamara tee 18, Mulgi parish, Viljandi county". The security deposit is considered paid from the moment of its receipt. The security deposit must be received no later than 05.06.2024 at 11:00. Later receipts will not be considered. The deposit paid by the buyer is included in the purchase price, it is returned to other auction participants on the working day following the day of the auction.
Registration for the auction starts on 15.05.2024 at 13:00 and ends on 05.06.2024 at 11:00.
A person is registered as a participant in the auction if the registration application and its necessary annexes meet the conditions of the auction, the deposit has been paid and the person can participate in the auction as a bidder.
The auction starts on 05.06.2024 at 13:00 and ends on 12.06.2024 at 13:00. The extended end interval is 15 minute(s).
The step of bids at the auction is 100 euro(s).
Bids can only be made in the auction environment in accordance with the conditions indicated in the auction environment.
The winner of the electronic auction must pay the purchase price on the working day following the end of the auction in the manner provided in TMS § 93 (3). If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one tenth of the purchase price must be paid on the working day following the auction, and the remaining price must be paid within 15 days.
RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
Before the start of the auction, the bailiff must be notified of his rights to the thing being sold, if they have not yet been notified to the bailiff, and these rights must be substantiated at the request of the bailiff. For persons who have rights preventing the auction, the termination or suspension of the auction must be achieved by agreement with the claimant or on the basis of a court decision before the day of distribution of the results.
GETTING TO KNOW THE PROPERTY. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The real condition of the property and possible defects are not known to the bailiff. The property has not been inspected by specialists. When selling a thing in enforcement proceedings, the bailiff is not responsible for the defects of the sold thing.
